Centennial Identity Guidelines and Assets
The Centennial identity will be found in a variety of highly visible central communications channels including the website common look and feel (CLF) header, campus pole banners, social media, advertising and publications. The Centennial identity can also be used by UBC faculties and units in promoting their own events.
If you are holding an event as part of the Centennial Sessions, the Centennial Office can provide you with an official Centennial Sessions wordmark to use in promotional materials (email@example.com).
Centennial stationery (business cards, letterhead and envelopes) has been created for use by faculty and staff during the Centennial year. As with existing rules regarding stationery, students are prohibited from using UBC branded stationery items. The process for ordering Centennial stationery is the same as existing stationery packages with all file preparation done by XGS.
Custom Communication Pieces
If you would like to create a custom promotional piece such as a poster, direct mail piece or advertising, UBC Creative Services can assist with all aspects of visual design and production (note: this service is offered on a cost recovery basis).
If you would like to create a custom promotional piece, contact University Relations to discuss your marketing and communications needs: Leanne Takenaka (firstname.lastname@example.org).
